UPGRADE ONE

     The new parts in this upgrade....  I will change your safety to a 3-possition safety, Single stage trigger usually set to 2.5 pounds and fill and straighten your bolt handle.  Helping you understand the machining and hours of work that go into an upgrade is very important to me.  These upgrades are incredible.

I use CNC to machine out the trigger pocket so the wider trigger will fit into the trigger guard.

The bolt handle gets straightened and then filled for a better and much smoother feel when chambering for that trophy shot.

The next stage is working on feeding.  I will smooth out the feed ramp and make sure chambering is improved. The CZ 550 is problematic and sometimes requires the geometry in the follower to be adjusted.

I will often need to put the follower into a custom fixture I made to make these changes.  I do this by CNC a custom program I wrote to fix the follower so different calibers better fit and will then feed and chamber.

Finally, matching the existing finish as close as possible or upgrading to an added cost of a total refinish. I do a color case finish that really looks nice at no added cost.  Laser Engraving touches can add even more.
